+ Will there be continental breakfast included?
Yes! A light continental breakfast is served every day in the event center from 8:30 am - 10:30 am. You can request room service and place an order for more hearty options for an extra cost!
+ Do the cabins have air conditioning?
All cabins have central heat and air conditioning
+ Is there Wi-Fi?
There is Wi-Fi in each cabin. Instructions and passwords will be provided upon arrival.
+ How far is Jarrett Farm Resort from Tulsa, OK?
We are located approximately 20 miles north of Tulsa and approximately within a 25 minute drive from the Tulsa International Airport (TUL).
+ Are there bike trails?
Yes! We have two main trails that almost encircle the entire property, and more coming soon!
+ Are there outdoor grills for each cabin?
There are currently 3 standing grills for public use as well as 2 firepits that can be used for cooking over or relaxing.
+ Do you allow RV parking?
We currently have one spot for RV parking, however, we do plan to add more in the near future. Check back soon for more details.
+ Are dogs allowed?
No. We love fur babies but cannot accomodate them at Jarrett Farm Resort.
+ Will there be cabins that are handicap accessible?
They are all one story and wheelchair accessible, and the main house has wheelchair accessibility.
+ How do I book a cabin?
Cabins will be booked through Airbnb.com and VRBO at this time. Please go to JarrettFarmResort.com and click the appropriate button to Reece the unit you would like to book. Our website will take you to Airbnb.com to book.
+ What if I want to rent the entire resort?

+ Will there be fishing gear and boats available?
No, you will need to bring your own fishing gear if you would like to visit our catch and release fishing pond on the property.
